Apollo Program (NASA, 1968–1972)
NASA's crewed lunar program. The archive includes excerpts from Apollo 11 (July 1969, technical crew debrief), Apollo 12 (November 1969, transcript and imagery), and Apollo 17 (December 1972, transcript, technical crew debrief, and a separate debrief for science). The phenomena described in the transcripts include 'particles and flashes of light sailing off in space' (Apollo 12 LMP Bean) and floating debris near the lunar module.
